Information We Collect

We collect information necessary to deliver secure financial services, comply with regulatory requirements, and improve customer experience. Personal & identification details include full legal name, date of birth, government identification numbers, contact information such as phone number, email, and physical address, employment and income details for qualification and underwriting, copies of government-issued identity documents, and information provided during customer support interactions. Financial & transactional data encompasses account activity including balances, transfers, deposits, and payment records, credit and debit card transactions, loan and credit application details and repayment history, and linked account information from other institutions with authorization. Device & technical information covers IP address, browser type, device identifiers, operating system details, mobile app performance, usage patterns, and crash reports, biometric information if you enable fingerprint or face authentication, location services when enabled on the mobile app, and cookies, tracking pixels, and analytical tools.
